Yes — you can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours in Advance using your Confirmation Email. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
Q: Do I need a consultation before booking?
Some advanced treatments — such as microneedling (Dermapen 4™), DMK Skin Revision, CACI Synergy, Environ Cool Peels, or CryoPen blemish removal — require a consultation before your first visit. If you’re unsure, simply book a Complimentary Skincare Consultation online.

Dermalux uses clinically proven LED wavelengths to boost skin health, calm inflammation, and accelerate healing. It can be enjoyed alone or combined with DMK, Environ, or microneedling treatments.
