Yes. Our advanced skincare specialists are CIDESCO and ITEC qualified and fully BABTAC insured. All treatments are delivered by experienced professionals with a strong focus on skin health, safety and best practice.
BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
Q: How do I book a treatment at Milk & Honey?
All appointments are booked online through our secure booking system. You can check real-time availability, manage bookings and receive instant confirmation. Appointments can also be managed through the Milk & Honey App.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance using your confirmation email. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
Q: Do I need a consultation before booking?
Some advanced treatments — including Dermapen 4™ Microneedling, DMK® Skin Revision Treatments, CACI Synergy Flex™, Environ® Skincare Treatments (including Environ Cool Peels) and CryoPen® Blemish Removal — require a consultation before your first visit. If you’re unsure, we recommend booking a complimentary skincare consultation online.

Q: Which facial is right for me?
We recommend starting with a complimentary skincare consultation. Our specialists will assess your skin and tailor a treatment plan suited to your concerns, whether you’re new to Environ®, DMK®, CACI Synergy Flex™ or Dermalux™ LED Phototherapy.
Q: How many sessions will I need?
Results vary depending on the treatment and skin concern. Courses typically provide the best results, particularly for microneedling, CACI facial toning and DMK enzyme therapy.
Q: Is there any downtime?
Most treatments have little to no downtime. Advanced treatments such as microneedling, CryoPen® or peels may cause mild redness that settles within 24–48 hours. SPF is essential following all active skincare treatments.
Q: Are your treatments safe?
Yes. All treatments are performed by qualified professionals using evidence-based products and protocols. A full consultation is completed before any advanced treatment, and detailed pre- and post-care guidance is provided.

Q: What is microneedling?
Microneedling is a professional skin rejuvenation treatment using fine needles to stimulate collagen and elastin. At Milk & Honey, we use Dermapen 4™, an advanced microneedling device designed to refine texture, smooth skin and restore radiance.
Q: What skin concerns does microneedling treat?
Microneedling helps improve fine lines, acne scarring, pigmentation and uneven skin tone. It is suitable for most skin types.
Q: How many sessions will I need?
A course of three treatments, spaced four to six weeks apart, is typically recommended for optimal results.
Q: Is microneedling painful?
Most clients find the treatment comfortable, with minimal discomfort and downtime.
Q: Is there downtime after microneedling?
Mild redness may occur for 24–48 hours, similar to light sunburn. Skin continues to improve as it heals. Daily use of SPF is essential post-treatment.
Q: Do I need a consultation before microneedling?
Yes. As an advanced treatment, a consultation is required before your first microneedling session.

Q: What is CACI Synergy Flex™?
CACI Synergy Flex™ is a non-surgical facial toning system that lifts, firms and redefines facial contours using microcurrent technology. Courses of 12 treatments are recommended, with maintenance thereafter.
